נתוני העסקאות והעמלות מוצפנים בדפדפן לפני שליחתם לשרת ומפוענחים במכשיר שלכם. סיסמת הכספת ומפתח השחזור אינם נשלחים לשרת. סיסמת הכניסה נפרדת מסיסמת הכספת; מנהל החשבון יכול לאפס כניסה אך אינו יכול לשחזר פענוח ללא הסוד שבידיכם.
השירות מופעל על ידי Amlapedia ומאוחסן אצל Kamatera בתל אביב, ישראל. לצורך התחברות, סנכרון ואבטחה נשמרים שם משתמש, מזהה חשבון, גיבוב סיסמה, מידע על הפעלות התחברות, גרסאות מוצפנות ואירועי אבטחה, לרבות כתובת IP. אירועי האבטחה נשמרים למשך 24 חודשים. נעשה שימוש בעוגיית התחברות חיונית ובאחסון מקומי מוצפן; אין באתר כלי פרסום או מעקב חיצוניים.
הצפנה אינה אנונימיזציה או הצהרת עמידה בדין. מכשיר או קוד אתר שנפרצו עלולים לחשוף מידע בעת שימוש. אימות נוסף באמצעות אפליקציית מאמת זמין לבחירתכם. אין כרגע גיבוי שרת אוטומטי או שחזור לאחר אסון. גיבויי JSON שאתם מורידים אינם מוצפנים — שמרו אותם ואת מפתח השחזור במקום פרטי. אובדן הסיסמה ומפתח השחזור עלול למנוע גישה לנתונים לצמיתות.

Transaction and commission data is encrypted in your browser before upload and decrypted on your device. Your vault passphrase and recovery key are never sent to the server. Your login password is separate: administrators can reset login access, but cannot recover vault decryption without your secret.
Amlapedia operates the service, hosted by Kamatera in Tel Aviv, Israel. Authentication, sync, and security require a username, account ID, password hash, session information, encrypted versions, and security events including IP addresses. Security events are retained for 24 months. The app uses an essential login cookie and encrypted browser storage. No external advertising or tracking tools are used.
Encryption is not anonymization or a claim of legal compliance. Compromised devices or website code can expose information during use. Optional authenticator-app MFA is available. Automated server backups and disaster recovery are not currently provided. Downloaded JSON backups are unencrypted: keep them and your recovery key private. Losing both your vault passphrase and recovery key can permanently prevent access to your data.
